Bombshell in Austrian State Broadcasting – Chairman Lederer Shows Director General Weißmann the Door
The reason given is harassment allegations by an employee dating back four years. Previously, Weißmann had clashed with the powerful ORF veteran and Green mastermind Strobl over his multi-million severance payment. Critics speak of “suspicious timing,” especially since the employee reports directly to Strobl. Lederer, who runs a PR agency closely connected to left-wing political networks, declared Weißmann’s presence at meetings following his not entirely voluntary resignation to be inadmissible, as he is now “no longer working for ORF.” The designated successor to Weißmann, Thurnher, promised upon her appointment that she too would not accept Strobl’s pension claims.
Israel and the USA Attack Iran – Allegedly Due to Promoting Democracy and Eliminating Weapons Programs
Since March 20, the conflict between Israel and Iran has escalated with massive airstrikes on Iranian targets in the region. On March 22, Tehran responds with missile and drone attacks on Israeli facilities. By March 24 at the latest, the United States also intervenes directly with military force following attacks on its own bases. By March 27, pro-Iranian militias expand the fighting to shipping routes and energy infrastructure. On March 30, all diplomatic initiatives fail for the time being.
SPĂ– Shifts Further to the Left at Party Congress
Finance Minister Marterbauer considers inheritance taxes indispensable and wealth caps to be worth considering. He makes no secret of being firmly aligned on the left, but emphasizes that he always seeks dialogue and wants to “understand” other viewpoints. The seasoned chamber-of-labour official, who has mastered all forms of consequence-free responsibility, open-hearted ignorance, and democratic inevitability—traits that supposedly appear only in late-stage plunder-ochlocracies—achieved a record result of 99% at the SPÖ party congress on March 7. The more striking style of the former mayor of Traiskirchen, described as “paradoxical & passionately loud,” was at least rewarded with 81% approval.
€533,000 in Taxpayer Money for the Documentary “Election Campaign” About Andreas Babler
The funding, seen as not serving its intended purpose, was approved under Minister Kogler within the remit of a Social Democratic state secretary. The genuine arts scene, whose already limited funding pool has been depleted by party propagandists and careerists, remains silent. It fears disadvantages and reprisals from the Social Democratic media minister—currently Babler himself. An independent film industry, free from state funding and privately financed, remains something they can only dream of.

The Pfizer mRNA Vaccine-Mandate Party, ÖVP, Celebrates Itself for the Headscarf Ban for Under-14s in Schools – A Moral Snapshot
In a democracy, there is no final state, but only constant adaptation to changing circumstances. Switching from this to a personally desired end state of an educational dictatorship leads to tension and stagnation.
Islamization is not something to celebrate. However, a liberal democratic state must know its own limits and should not use every instance of discomfort as a reason to intervene in citizens’ rights. Personal life decisions such as wearing religious symbols (whether a kippah, headscarf, or rosary) should be respected; a general willingness to engage in dialogue and the rule of law should be upheld. A policy of paternalism, division, and even taxpayer-funded propaganda is unacceptable.
Especially when it comes across as so absurd as with the headscarf ban. What is the actual thesis? To raise young people toward greater restraint through uniform sensory dulling? How much restraint is enough restraint? Are Muslim women without headscarves really more self-confident later on? Where are the numbers supporting these loudly presented hypotheses?
A duty of exhibitionism for the sake of sensory dulling in order to prevent danger — that sounds like the reasoning of madmen.
If the “wild ones” have truly infiltrated here, then they must either be removed from the country or taught separately. Accepting collective “barbaric educational rituals” would overwhelm our liberal system — for everyone and forever. On the basis of mere suspicion? No, thank you.

On the Road With Marterbauer: “Inheritance Taxes Are Coming”
Marterbauer is entertaining. One could also say he is someone who distracts from fundamental issues.
A finance minister who is considering new taxes must also be able to explain to what extent the expenses to be covered have been properly accounted for.
No taxation without representation — this applies in every civil law partnership. Let’s assume the managing director incurs debts in order to bribe 55% of the members. They elect him. After the election, there is a debt gap. The treasurer is faced with the challenge of balancing the budget.
A proper treasurer would speak with the beneficiaries and the creditors and invoke the lack of authority to represent, but would certainly not go to the remaining 45% with the line: “I’m just a naive number-cruncher patching up holes, give me more money.” No court would acquit such a treasurer. This would only be possible in a state that orders its laws through bought media and NGOs. But certainly not in reality!
